Disclaimer

Important: this page is a reference overview of the project. Within DecAIHub, we separately record a verification based on open sources within the AI thesis (what is real AI/onchain/why a token, and which sources this is based on).
This is not financial advice and not a recommendation to buy/sell/hold any asset. We do not assess price, returns, or entry/exit timing.
Conclusions are based on publicly available materials found as of the verification date. The absence of confirmation does not imply the absence of the technology.

TL;DR (for readers who are not into AI)

  • What it is: a platform for creating and launching specialized AI agents/SLM models (small language models) via no‑code tools and a “store/marketplace”.
  • Who it’s for: AI startups and builders who need an agent builder/infrastructure, as well as business users who need specialized agents/models.
  • Why onchain/token: $ASRR is described as a utility token for payments for platform services, contributions/treasury, rewards to participants and participation in governance mechanics (per the whitepaper).
  • What you can actually touch (Tier‑1): the web application build.assisterr.ai (SLM Store and a showcase of agents/models).

How it works (very briefly)

  1. The user does: opens the Assisterr web application and selects an agent/model or creates a new one via AI Lab/no‑code tools (per the documentation).
  2. The system does: deploys/manages the agent and provides an interaction interface/marketplace.
  3. The user gets: a specialized agent/model or access to the agent store/SLM store.
  4. Where the blockchain is: $ASRR exists as an SPL token on Solana; the whitepaper describes a target migration of part of the coordination/economy onchain.
  5. Token role: $ASRR is used as the base utility asset for payments, treasury deposits and rewards (per the Token Utility Overview).

General project overview

Assisterr is a platform that describes itself as “community‑owned AI models and agents”: users/teams can create specialized SLM models and AI agents via no‑code tools (AI Lab), publish them in a store/marketplace and monetize them. The whitepaper separately declares a progressive decentralization strategy: the current system may rely on a traditional backend, while part of the coordination, treasury and economy is planned to be migrated to an onchain environment (Solana).

Features/modules

  • AI Lab / no‑code builder: creation of SLM agents without the need for deep technical skills (per the website and the whitepaper).
  • SLM Store / marketplace: a showcase and catalog of specialized agents/models.
  • Tokenization/treasury model (per the whitepaper): the idea of an “agent‑treasury” and the tokenization of agent economies, including via $ASRR.

Typical scenarios

  • Scenario 1: a builder creates a specialized agent/SLM → publishes it in the store → gets users/feedback/an economy (per the description).
  • Scenario 2: a user selects an agent from the SLM Store → interacts with it via the web application.

Getting started (wallet/network)

  • What you need: an account/access to the web application build.assisterr.ai; when using the onchain part — a Solana wallet.
  • Network/chain: Solana (the $ASRR token — SPL).
  • Fees: Solana network fees apply to onchain operations; the platform’s fees/paid features are described in the Token Utility Overview.

Architecture/tech (non‑AI)

  • Components: a web application + agent infrastructure/SLM store; the $ASRR SPL token on Solana.
  • Where logic runs: per the Technology section, the current infrastructure is claimed to be offchain, with a plan to migrate part of the logic/treasury/governance to Solana.

Token/economics (expanded, no forecasts)

  • Token utility (per the whitepaper): $ASRR is described as a token for payments for services, seed deposits when creating a model/agent (treasury), rewards to participants and governance mechanics.
  • Supply: total supply 100,000,000; initial circulating supply 14,623,430 (14.62%).
  • Vesting/allocations: the tokenomics publishes the distribution segments and unlock schedules.

Governance

  • Governance format (per the whitepaper): an agent‑level governance model (mini‑DAO) is claimed, with participation via governance tokens (MT) + the role of $ASRR as the base economic asset.

Security and incidents

  • Audits: the whitepaper states that the $ASRR token underwent an audit (Solidproof) and provides a link to the report.
  • Bug bounty: the incentivised testnet documentation mentions bug bounties as part of the testnet program.
  • Incidents: —.
  • Threat model: the key risk is the gap between the “target onchain architecture” and the actual current implementation; transparency of the migration and specific onchain artifacts (contracts/treasury/reward rules) are important.

Project status and timeline

  • Current status: public website/whitepaper and web application.
  • Roadmap: published in the whitepaper (by quarters, 2024–2026).

Ecosystem/integrations

  • Integrations (per Technology): integrations/collaborations with infrastructure providers are listed (as context; they require re‑checking for actual execution).

AI component of the project

  • What is real AI here? the creation and use of specialized SLM models and AI agents via no‑code tools and a store/marketplace.
  • What is truly onchain? the $ASRR token (SPL) on the Solana network; the whitepaper describes a gradual migration of part of the treasury/governance/coordination to Solana.
  • Why is a token needed? the Token Utility Overview lists payments/services, rewards and governance elements where $ASRR acts as the base utility asset.
  • Red flags (based on the information found): the onchain necessity may so far be limited to the token and migration plans; it is important to re‑check which mechanics are actually deployed onchain and how the quality/effectiveness of the agents is measured.
