DecideAI
DecideAI (DCD) — a reference card for a crypto project: what the product does and how verifiable the project’s key claims are; also — alignment with the Decentralized AI thesis (DecAI Fit).
DecideAI describes an ecosystem of three products (Decide Protocol, Decide ID, Decide Cortex) for improving data and training specialized LLMs (RLHF), verifying participants (Proof of Personhood) and accessing models/datasets. The underlying infrastructure and the DAO are described as built on the Internet Computer (SNS).
Disclaimer
Important: this page is a reference overview of the project. Within DecAIHub, we separately record a verification based on open sources within the AI thesis (what is real AI/onchain/why a token, and which sources this is based on).
This is not financial advice and not a recommendation to buy/sell/hold any asset. We do not assess price, returns, or entry/exit timing.
Conclusions are based on publicly available materials found as of the verification date. The absence of confirmation does not imply the absence of the technology.
TL;DR (for readers who are not into AI)
- What it is: a protocol/platform for improving data and training LLMs (RLHF) + an identity/PoP layer + access to models/datasets.
- Who it’s for: teams that need specialized LLMs/datasets; contributors (annotation/expertise/development).
- Why onchain/token: onchain is used for hosting services and the DAO (SNS) on the Internet Computer; the DCD token is needed for ecosystem rewards/transactions and SNS governance.
- What you can actually touch (Tier‑1): the “Try Now” pages of GPT‑2 and Redactor, linked from the official website.
How it works (very briefly)
- The user does: uses Decide Protocol/ID/ecosystem services or participates as a contributor.
- The system does: coordinates the RLHF process (data → annotations → training → evolution), verifies uniqueness/credentials (PoP), and provides access to models/datasets.
- The user gets: an improved model/dataset or a reward for contribution (per the whitepaper).
- Where the blockchain is: Internet Computer (SNS/DAO/ledger); the website also claims “fully on-chain” applications.
- Token role (if any): DCD is used for rewards, ecosystem transactions and governance.

General project overview
In the whitepaper, DecideAI describes an ecosystem of three products:
- Decide Protocol: the RLHF process (seeding, annotation, incentivization, training, evolution) for creating/improving specialized LLMs and datasets.
- Decide ID: Proof of Personhood (PoP) and verification of participants/credentials as a workforce quality layer.
- Decide Cortex: access to models and datasets (purchase/licensing or API endpoints).
The website also hosts “Try Now” links to “GPT 2” and “Redactor” as “fully on-chain” applications on the Internet Computer.
Features/modules
- RLHF workflow and reward architecture (whitepaper).
- PoP/workforce verification (whitepaper + website).
- Access to models/datasets (whitepaper).
- Examples of fully on-chain AI apps: GPT‑2 and an abusive language detector (website).
Typical scenarios
- Scenario 1: a team uses Decide Protocol to improve a dataset and a model → applies the model in an application.
- Scenario 2: a contributor passes Decide ID (PoP) → participates in annotations/ranking → receives rewards (whitepaper).
Getting started (wallet/network)
- What you need: access to the ecosystem’s websites/services; for governance — participation in SNS neurons (per the IC/SNS model).
- Network/chain: Internet Computer.
- Fees: fees/costs associated with IC onchain interactions and governance (SNS).
Architecture/tech (non‑AI)
- Onchain: the SNS DAO and the token ledger; “fully on-chain” applications are claimed on the website.
- Offchain: part of the contributors’ participation (workforce) as an element of the process.
Token/economics (expanded, no forecasts)
- Token utility: the whitepaper describes DCD as a utility token for rewards and “ecosystem transactions” (access to models/compute/data), as well as the SNS governance token.
- Issuance/burn: the whitepaper describes voting rewards of 1.5% annually and burn via proposal.
Governance
- Who makes decisions: SNS DAO.
- How protocol parameters change: via SNS proposals/votes (whitepaper).
Security and incidents

- Bug bounty: —.

Project status and timeline
- Current status: the website, whitepaper and SNS dashboard are available.
- Roadmap: —.
Ecosystem/integrations
- Integrations: —.
- Where it’s actually used: the “Try Now” pages of the applications on the website (as examples).
AI component of the project
- What is real AI here? The whitepaper describes the RLHF workflow and the purpose of the components (Protocol/ID/Cortex), and the website shows examples of fully on-chain AI apps (GPT‑2 and Redactor).
- What is truly onchain? The SNS DAO/ledger and the claimed fully on-chain applications on the Internet Computer.
- Why is a token needed? DCD is needed for rewards, ecosystem transactions and governance.
- Red flags (based on the information found): no public audit reports/bug bounty are identified in the Tier‑1 sources of this card.
