NFPrompt

NFPrompt — a reference card for a crypto project: what the product does and how verifiable the project’s key claims are; also — alignment with the Decentralized AI thesis (DecAI Fit).

NFPrompt — an AI/NFT | Consumer project on BNB Chain (AIGC content → NFT + marketplace), token (symbol: NFP).

Disclaimer

Important: this page is a reference overview of the project. Within DecAIHub, we separately record a verification based on open sources within the AI thesis (what is real AI/onchain/why a token, and which sources this is based on).
This is not financial advice and not a recommendation to buy/sell/hold any asset. We do not assess price, returns, or entry/exit timing.
Conclusions are based on publicly available materials found as of the verification date. The absence of confirmation does not imply the absence of the technology.

TL;DR (for readers who are not into AI)

  • What it is: an application where users create AI content and mint it as NFTs; there is also a marketplace/listings for NFTs and “prompts”.
  • Who it’s for: creators/collectors and community participants in campaigns.
  • Why onchain/token: onchain is needed for provable ownership/minting of NFTs; the NFP token is used in the project’s economy (distribution/incentives) and is claimed for governance/access to future exclusive auctions.
  • What you can actually touch (Tier‑1): the web application and the public product pages (see links_* → App / Demo).

How it works (very briefly)

  1. The user does: generates an image/content via the UI (MidJourney/Stable Diffusion/DALL·E 3‑class models are claimed) and chooses to mint.
  2. The system does: creates an NFT/ownership record onchain; provides listing/trading tools; runs campaigns/voting.
  3. The user gets: an NFT with verifiable ownership and the ability to trade/earn from creating and reusing prompts (royalties are claimed).
  4. Where the blockchain is: onchain minting and NFT ownership; the BEP‑20 NFP token on BNB Smart Chain.
  5. Token role (if any): NFP is claimed for governance/auctions and as part of the incentive token mechanics; separate cNFP points are described as an internal “system”.

General project overview

NFPrompt is positioned as a Web3 platform for “prompt artists”: the user sets a prompt/parameters and receives AI‑generated content (primarily images), after which they can mint the result onchain as an NFT, list it for sale and receive royalties (including from prompt reuse) under the platform’s rules.

From the user‑journey perspective, this is not an L1/L2 protocol but a product platform: a frontend + offchain AI generation + onchain minting/NFT ownership on BNB Chain. The docs separately describe the incentive model (Imagine2Earn) and the role of the NFP token in governance/future auctions.

Features/modules

  • Create: AI content generation and help with ideas/prompts (Random Prompt / Prompt Association) + a set of style presets.
  • Mint: “one‑click on‑chain art minting” and ownership verification.
  • Marketplace / List: NFT listing and trading, a claimed “royalty share”.
  • Prompt reuse / Imagine2Earn: royalties to the author of the original prompt upon reuse, and campaigns with prize pools/voting.
  • Onboarding: seedless/gasless scenarios and Web3 wallet integrations are claimed.
  • cNFP: an internal points system (daily check‑in, trading/minting, campaigns, voting for featured NFTs).

Typical scenarios

  • Scenario 1 (creator): generates an image → mints it as an NFT → lists it on the marketplace → receives royalties/income upon sale.
  • Scenario 2 (collector): buys an NFT → receives access to the prompt along with the NFT → can “reuse” the prompt for variations and (under the platform’s rules) pay royalties to the original prompt curator.
  • Scenario 3 (campaigns): participates in themed campaigns/voting → receives internal cNFP points/rewards from prize pools (the mechanics are claimed).

Getting started (wallet/network)

  • What you need: an account on the website and/or a Web3 wallet (a WalletConnect connection is available; a “seedless experience” is claimed for Web2 onboarding).
  • Network/chain: BNB Chain (BSC) for the token and NFT minting/ownership.
  • Fees: onchain network fees for NFT minting/operations; additionally there may be marketplace fees/royalties (the details are partially described in open Tier‑1 sources, without full pricing).

Architecture/tech (non‑AI)

  • Components: web client + backend services for content generation/storage + the NFP token smart contracts and the minting/marketplace contracts (NFT contract addresses were not identified within this check).
  • Participant roles: creators, collectors, campaign/voting participants; (in the economy) NFP holders.
  • Where logic runs: AIGC generation — offchain; NFT minting/ownership and the NFP token — onchain on BNB Chain.
  • Dependencies: BNB Chain infrastructure (RPC/wallets); offchain AI providers/models (the specific vendors/architecture are not disclosed in the docs).

Token/economics (expanded, no forecasts)

  • Token utility: the docs claim that NFP is used for governance/voting and is required to participate in future “exclusive auctions”.
  • Protocol necessity drivers: the token looks more like an add‑on to the product (governance/access) rather than a “payment for basic AI generation/minting”.
  • Who pays fees: the user pays onchain fees when minting/operating (unless the claimed “gasless experience” is used — the details are not disclosed).
  • Where fees go: the Tier‑1 sources contain no transparent scheme for distributing fees/revenue in NFP (apart from a general description of royalties/fee sharing for prompt reuse).
  • Issuance/burn: a cap of 1B in the contract; the token has burn/burnFrom functions; the owner can mint up to the cap.
  • Security/incentive mechanisms: incentives are described via Imagine2Earn/campaigns and internal cNFP points (not equivalent to the NFP token).
  • Distribution and token issuance schedule: airdrop + Binance Launchpool — unlocked at genesis; team+investors — 1y cliff + 5y linear vesting (per the docs).
  • Treasury: the docs claim “public oversight and voting mechanisms for token utilization”, but without a specific onchain treasury/addresses.

Governance

  • Who makes decisions: token‑based governance is claimed (“every user with a certain number of tokens can propose changes”).
  • How protocol parameters change: the voting mechanics/process are described declaratively in the Tier‑1 sources, without a specific governance module/contracts.
  • Where decisions are discussed/made: the project’s public channels (X/Discord/Telegram); no separate governance forum/snapshot is listed in the links.
  • Keys/multisig: owner control (mint/blacklist) is visible for the NFP token; no data on timelock/multisig/renounce was found within this check.

Security and incidents

  • Audits: the docs state that “reports will be posted as soon as we clear all security checks” — i.e. no public reports were available at the time of the check.
  • Bug bounty: not listed.
  • Incidents: information not found in Tier‑1 sources.
  • Threat model: key risks — centralized owner control of the token (mint/blacklist) and the opacity of the audit/security of the offchain generation/storage layers.

Project status and timeline

  • Current status: the product is available as a web application; the NFP token is deployed on BNB Chain.
  • Key releases/milestones: a public changelog/“Developments” is maintained in GitBook (without strict versioning/release notes).
  • Roadmap: see the Developments / UX improvements section (GitBook).

Ecosystem/integrations

  • Integrations: Web3 wallets (WalletConnect), BNB Chain.
  • Partners: Imagine2Earn claims campaigns sponsored by “other projects and brands”, but without a list of confirmed partners in the Tier‑1 sources.
  • Where it’s actually used: the UI shows public campaigns/galleries and statistics on creators/NFTs/artworks (website).

AI component of the project

  • What is real AI here? Generation of AIGC content (text‑to‑image and other formats) via AI tools in the product; help features for ideas/prompts are also claimed.
  • What is truly onchain? NFT minting/ownership “on‑chain” (BNB Chain) and the BEP‑20 NFP token on BSC; onchain is used as a mechanism of verifiable ownership.
  • Why is a token needed? In the Tier‑1 docs, NFP is claimed as a governance token (proposals/voting) and as a requirement for participating in future “exclusive auctions”; the necessity of NFP for basic NFT creation/minting is not proven.
  • Red flags (based on the information found):
    • AI‑washing: no technical description/architecture of the AI part and no quality metrics; “premium models” are claimed without a verifiable technical layer.
    • Onchain‑washing: “on‑chain minting” is claimed, but the NFT/marketplace contract addresses are not explicitly given in the Tier‑1 sources (within this check).
    • Token‑washing: the NFP utility is described declaratively (governance/auctions), while there are separate internal cNFP points, which may confuse the “token” and the “points”.
    • What to double‑check: the audit/reports (promised in the docs but not published), the actual fee/revenue scheme and where exactly NFP is used (payments/discounts/access).

TK_1..TK_4 (1/0)

TK_1 — payment for the service (1/0)

  • TK_1 (decision): 0
  • Claim (one line): Payment in NFP for basic functions (generation/minting) is not confirmed in the Tier‑1 sources.
  • Evidence: Tier‑1 — https://docs.nfprompt.io/ , https://nfprompt.io/
  • Why sufficient / why not (one line): The public docs/landing page contain no explicit rule of “paying NFP for the service”.
  • Conflict note (if any): —

TK_2 — incentives/collateral/penalties (1/0)

  • TK_2 (decision): 0
  • Claim (one line): Incentive mechanics are described, but the Tier‑1 sources do not prove that they must use NFP specifically (part is implemented via cNFP points).
  • Evidence: Tier‑1 — https://docs.nfprompt.io/usdnfp-tokenomics-and-revenue-model/imagine2earn , https://nfprompt.io/
  • Why sufficient / why not (one line): Incentives/campaigns are described, but a “hard necessity of NFP” as an incentive/collateral is not shown.
  • Conflict note (if any): —

TK_3 — governance (1/0)

  • TK_3 (decision): 1
  • Claim (one line): NFP is claimed as the token for proposals and voting on platform development.
  • Evidence: Tier‑1 — https://docs.nfprompt.io/usdnfp-tokenomics-and-revenue-model/governance-and-voting
  • Why sufficient / why not (one line): The Tier‑1 docs explicitly state the use of NFP for governance.

TK_4 — token is replaceable (1/0)

  • TK_4 (decision): 1
  • Claim (one line): The claimed functions of NFP (governance/access to auctions) can be implemented without a separate token (another asset/subscription/role), while the core value (AI→NFT) remains.
  • Evidence: Tier‑1 — https://docs.nfprompt.io/usdnfp-tokenomics-and-revenue-model/governance-and-voting , https://nfprompt.io/
  • Why sufficient / why not (one line): There is no proof in Tier‑1 that the base product does not work without NFP; the token’s role is an add‑on.
  • Conflict note (if any): —
