WORLD3

WORLD3 — a reference card for a crypto project: what the product does and how verifiable the project’s key claims are; also — alignment with the Decentralized AI thesis (DecAI Fit).

WORLD3 — an AI/Agents | Infra project that builds a platform for creating and deploying autonomous AI agents (an “AI workforce”) to automate tasks in Web2/Web3. The ecosystem has its own protocol for delegating onchain actions (WORLD AI Protocol) and the WAI token (BEP‑20 on BNB Smart Chain), which the docs describe as fuel/utility and governance.

Disclaimer

Important: this page is a reference overview of the project. Within DecAIHub, we separately record a verification based on open sources within the AI thesis (what is real AI/onchain/why a token, and which sources this is based on).
This is not financial advice and not a recommendation to buy/sell/hold any asset. We do not assess price, returns, or entry/exit timing.
Conclusions are based on publicly available materials found as of the verification date. The absence of confirmation does not imply the absence of the technology.

TL;DR (for readers who are not into AI)

  • What it is: a builder and an “operating environment” for autonomous AI agents that perform tasks (DeFi/games/social media/research) 24/7.
  • Who it’s for: Web3 users and teams/developers who need agents, plugins (skills) and knowledge bases (knowledge packs).
  • Why onchain/token: onchain is needed for secure delegation of actions and for accounting of permissions/limits; the WAI token is used as “fuel” (payment for operations/access to premium modules) and for governance (per the whitepaper).
  • What you can actually touch (Tier‑1): https://world3.ai/

How it works (very briefly)

  1. The user does: creates/deploys an agent (no‑code portal), connects skills/knowledge packs and sets tasks.
  2. The system does: the agent plans and executes steps, including interaction with dApps/websites; for onchain actions, delegation of permissions per the WORLD AI Protocol is used (limits by time/number of calls/functions).
  3. The user gets: a working “AI employee” that autonomously performs repetitive/multi‑step tasks.
  4. Where the blockchain is: the WAI token (BEP‑20) and the onchain delegation/authorization structures for onchain actions.
  5. Token role (if any): paying for launching/running agents and premium modules, participating in incentives and governance (per the tokenomics).

General project overview

In the Tier‑1 whitepaper (July 2025), WORLD3 describes the product as a “decentralized platform” for creating and deploying AI agents that can perform complex multi‑step tasks both in Web2 and in Web3. In the public product this takes the form of the Agent Hub/Agent Market/AI Chat and modularity via Skill Plugins and Knowledge Packs.

A separate technical layer is the WORLD AI Protocol (Tier‑1 GitHub), which describes onchain delegation of permissions: the user (principal) grants the agent (agent) limited permissions to call specific functions (function selectors) with restrictions on time and number of calls, plus the agent’s signature “for consent” is required.

Features/modules

  • Agent Hub / Agent Portal (no‑code): creation and deployment of agents.
  • Skill Plugins + Knowledge Packs: extending an agent’s capabilities with modules.
  • WORLD AI Protocol (delegation framework): limited delegation of onchain actions.
  • Marketplaces: Agent Market, the skills/knowledge marketplace.
  • WAI token: claimed as fuel for agent operations and as a governance token.

Typical scenarios

  • Scenario 1 (DeFi/operations): the user deploys an agent → sets a strategy → the agent performs repetitive onchain actions within the granted limits.
  • Scenario 2 (social media/content): the user creates an agent for generating/posting content and working with platforms (via skills).
  • Scenario 3 (games/quests): the agent participates in the ecosystem’s game/quest mechanics, completing tasks autonomously.

Getting started (wallet/network)

  • What you need: an account/access to the web portal; an EVM wallet for onchain operations and the WAI token.
  • Network/chain: BNB Smart Chain (the token contract is on bscscan).
  • Fees: BNB gas for onchain actions (delegation/contract calls, etc.).

Architecture/tech (non‑AI)

  • Components: the agent web portal; the WAI token smart contract; contracts/reference implementations of the WORLD AI Protocol; offchain runtime/automation (per the platform description).
  • Participant roles: users (principals), agents (agents), skills/knowledge creators, ecosystem developers.
  • Where logic runs: task planning/execution — offchain; authorization and restriction of onchain actions — onchain via the delegation protocol; economic accounting — via the token.
  • Dependencies: BNB Chain infrastructure + smart contracts; external Web2/Web3 services to which skills connect.

Token/economics (expanded, no forecasts)

  • Token utility: “operate AI agents”, “unlock premium capabilities”, “power creator economy”, “enable governance” (from the tokenomics).
  • Protocol necessity drivers: per the tokenomics, the token creates demand through regular agent operations and the purchase of premium modules.
  • Who pays fees: users who launch/use agents and buy modules; gas is paid on the BNB network.
  • Where fees go: the tokenomics describes the “AI Agent Ecosystem” fund as the source of subsidies/rewards/grants; a direct onchain fee split is not specified.
  • Issuance/burn: capped 1B supply; release until T+36M according to the schedule (tokenomics).
  • Security/incentive mechanisms: incentives (airdrops, ecosystem rewards) and long vesting for backers/core contributors.
  • Distribution and token issuance schedule: described in detail in the tokenomics (categories + cliffs/vesting).
  • Treasury: community growth/AI agent ecosystem allocations in the tokenomics (the execution mechanics in contracts are not disclosed within this card).

Governance

  • Who makes decisions: WAI holders via the DAO (described in the tokenomics).
  • How protocol parameters change: — (in this card we record the governance utility, without details of specific voting contracts).
  • Where decisions are discussed/made: docs/whitepaper + GitHub (for the protocol part).
  • Keys/multisig: —.

Security and incidents

  • Audits: —.
  • Bug bounty: there is a bug bounty program (in the docs).
  • Incidents: —.
  • Threat model: delegation risks (overly broad agent permissions), risks of exploits of contracts/skills, risks of compromise of the offchain “agent runtime”.

Project status and timeline

  • Current status: active (the web product is available; the token contract exists; the docs are being updated).
  • Key releases/milestones: the whitepaper is dated July 2025; the token contract was verified on 2025‑08‑08 (bscscan).
  • Roadmap: published in the docs (see links).

Ecosystem/integrations

  • Integrations: BNB Chain; the protocol’s GitHub repository; the skills/knowledge packs marketplace; dApps in the ecosystem (Agent Hub/Quest, etc. on the website).
  • Partners: —.
  • Where it’s actually used: Tier‑1 confirms the existence of the web portal and of the public delegation protocol (GitHub).

AI component of the project

  • What is real AI here? autonomous AI agents with task planning/execution; a skills/knowledge ecosystem (Tier‑1 docs + a working portal).
  • What is truly onchain? the WAI token and onchain delegation of permissions (WORLD AI Protocol: limits by functions/time/calls).
  • Why is a token needed? fuel for running agents/premium modules + incentives/airdrops + governance.
  • Red flags (based on the information found): “permission creep” risks (overly broad permissions granted to an agent), third‑party skills risks, risks of centralization of the offchain runtime. What to double‑check: the specific contracts/addresses of the delegation protocol in production.
