Eternal AI (MIND)
Eternal AI (MIND) — a reference card for a crypto project: what the product does and how verifiable the project’s key claims are; also — alignment with the Decentralized AI thesis (DecAI Fit).
Eternal AI (MIND) — an AI/Agents / Consumer project on the Ethereum network, token (symbol: MIND): a 2023 “digital immortality” service that, per the whitepaper, creates personal AI personas — chatbots that reproduce the communication style of a specific person. This is a different project, not Eternal AI (EAI, eternalai.org).
Disclaimer
Important: this page is a reference overview of the project. Within DecAIHub, we separately record a verification based on open sources within the AI thesis (what is real AI/onchain/why a token, and which sources this is based on).
This is not financial advice and not a recommendation to buy/sell/hold any asset. We do not assess price, returns, or entry/exit timing.
Conclusions are based on publicly available materials found as of the verification date. The absence of confirmation does not imply the absence of the technology.
TL;DR (for readers who are not into AI)
- What it is: a “digital immortality” service: per the whitepaper, the team tunes a chatbot that replies in the manner of a specific person — the user themselves or someone close to them.
- Who it’s for: people who want to keep a “digital copy” of themselves or a loved one and talk to it; MIND token holders — per the whitepaper, participants in revenue distribution.
- Why onchain/token: only the ERC‑20 MIND token with a 5% tax on buys and sells is confirmed onchain; per the whitepaper, the service is paid for in USDT, USDC and DAI, and the token is intended for a revenue share via staking — the operation of this mechanism is not confirmed per Tier‑1.
- Status: no working app was found; the end of the project is a hypothesis, no Tier‑1 statement about a shutdown was found.
How it works (very briefly)
- The user does: per the whitepaper — names the person they want to recreate, describes their relationship with that person, uploads the chat history and, optionally, social media data, completes a personality quiz and chooses a tier.
- The system does: per the whitepaper — within 2–5 days tunes a personal model on this data on top of the Assistants API and GPT‑4 Turbo; onboarding is run by the AI assistant Lisa.
- The user gets: login-and-password access to their AI persona in a web or mobile app; the amount of conversation depends on the tier.
- Where the blockchain is: the MIND token (ERC‑20, Ethereum) and, per the whitepaper, payment for tiers by transferring stablecoins to the treasury wallet; the AI part runs offchain.
- Token role (if any): per the whitepaper — a revenue share: 50% of tier revenue is distributed among holders who staked MIND, with rewards in ETH; no confirmation that staking was launched was found.

General project overview
Eternal AI (MIND) is a late-2023 project under the slogan “Immortality Starts Here”. The website promised “Uploading Consciousness”: transferring a person’s personality, memories and character traits into digital form. Per the whitepaper, in practice this is a platform of personal chatbots: the user hands over chat logs, social media data and quiz answers, and the team tunes a model on top of the Assistants API and GPT‑4 Turbo. The service was sold by subscription in US dollars, and per the whitepaper the MIND token (ERC‑20, Ethereum) gives holders a revenue share via staking. The token contract was created on 2023-11-28, and trading was enabled the next day. No working app, public demo or confirmation that the service accepted customers was found per Tier‑1.
Features/modules
- Creating an AI persona: uploading chat history from messengers (Telegram, WhatsApp and others; .txt, .doc, .pdf, .html formats), social media data, a personality quiz and a description of the relationship with the person (per the whitepaper).
- Tiers: Echo, Legacy, Odyssey and Infinity — up to 1 000, 5 000 and 10 000 model replies per month, and unlimited; the “+” variants add social media data (per the whitepaper).
- AI assistant Lisa: guides the user through the onboarding steps (per the whitepaper).
- Revenue sharing: 50% of the revenue from activation, reactivation and subscriptions goes to MIND holders via staking, with rewards in ETH (per the whitepaper; the launch is not confirmed).
Typical scenarios
- Scenario 1: a user uploads chat logs with a loved one and completes the quiz → within 2–5 days gets access to a chatbot that replies in that person’s manner (per the whitepaper).
- Scenario 2: a MIND holder stakes tokens in a pool on the platform → per the whitepaper, receives a share of the service’s revenue in ETH (the mechanism is not confirmed per Tier‑1).
Getting started (wallet/network)
- What you need: per the whitepaper — a login and password for the platform and a crypto wallet for paying in USDT, USDC or DAI; no working entry point to the app was found.
- Network/chain: Ethereum — the MIND token and, per the whitepaper, payment for tiers; the treasury wallet address is not given in the whitepaper.
- Fees: Ethereum gas; a contract tax of 5% on buys and 5% on sells of MIND via the liquidity pool, transfers between wallets are tax-free (
transferFee= 0); service tiers per the whitepaper — $500 for activation, a subscription of $200–1500 per month, $250 for reactivation.
Architecture/tech (non‑AI)
- Components: an offchain platform (web and mobile app, servers with users’ models) and the ERC‑20 MIND contract on Ethereum; the Uniswap V2 liquidity pool is created by the contract constructor.
- Participant roles: service users, MIND holders and the team; per the whitepaper, the team consists of a CEO, COO, DevOps engineer, ML engineer, AI architect, two developers, a community manager, a designer and three advisors, names are not disclosed.
- Where logic runs: the AI part and subscription accounting — offchain (per the whitepaper, models are stored on the project’s server); onchain — token transfers and the tax: the contract swaps collected tokens for ETH via Uniswap V2 and sends them to the
feeReceiveraddress. - Dependencies: OpenAI (Assistants API, GPT‑4 Turbo) — per the whitepaper; Uniswap V2 — the router and pool are set in the contract code; Ethereum.
Token/economics (expanded, no forecasts)
- Token utility: per the whitepaper — participation in revenue sharing via staking; the token is not used to pay for the service (payment in USDT, USDC and DAI).
- Protocol necessity drivers: not established: per the whitepaper, the service runs on a dollar subscription, and the token is not needed to access it.
- Who pays fees: service users — tiers in dollars (per the whitepaper); MIND buyers and sellers — the 5% tax (onchain).
- Where fees go: the tax is converted into ETH and goes to the
feeReceiveraddress 0x3d0829eade8af8d9fec3924def36970fdea82462 (onchain); per the whitepaper, the tax goes to development and operational expenses, and 50% of tier revenue is promised to MIND holders via staking. - Issuance/burn: 10 000 000 MIND were issued once in the constructor, and the contract has no mint function. The code contains a
triggerZeusBuybackbuyback that sends purchased tokens to the 0xdead address, but only the owner can call it; the buyback was never executed (totalTriggerZeusBuyback= 0). - Security/incentive mechanisms: staking with a revenue share is declared in the whitepaper, starting “approximately 30 days post-launch” in pools on the platform; no pool or staking contract address was found.
- Distribution and token issuance schedule: per the whitepaper, 70% goes to the liquidity pool and 30% is held in multisig wallets: marketing 10%, ecosystem 10%, partnerships 5% (30-day vesting), team 5% (60-day vesting); multisig addresses are not given, and no onchain check of the distribution was performed.
- Treasury: per the whitepaper, tier payments go to a “treasury wallet”; the address is not given, and who controls it is not established.
Governance
- Who makes decisions: no description of governance was found; per the whitepaper, the team runs the project and later planned to register a company (“go public as a registered company”).
- How protocol parameters change: only the contract owner could change the taxes, the tax recipient and the router; the owner rights have been renounced, so the current parameters no longer change (onchain).
- Where decisions are discussed/made: not found.
- Keys/multisig: the contract owner is the zero address (rights renounced); the multisig addresses from the whitepaper were not found.
Security and incidents
- Audits: not found. The whitepaper claims that the contract was audited by “a well-established and reputable company” without naming it; the website linked to an audits page of Revoluzion — the studio that, per a comment in the verified code, developed the contract itself. As of the verification date, this page shows no report for the MIND contract, and no audit has been submitted on Etherscan.
- Bug bounty: not found.
- Incidents: not found. The X handle @EternalAI_, which the website linked to in 2023, has been taken since January 2024 by an account tied to another project, so X is not listed in links_*.
- Threat model: the main risk is phishing: the domain and the X handle the project used are controlled by third parties. For the contract: the owner rights have been renounced, so the 5%/5% tax and the tax recipient are fixed; who controls the
feeReceiveraddress is not established.
Project status and timeline
- Current status: unknown. The token exists on Ethereum mainnet, and the last MIND transfer is from 2025-12-10 (Blockscout). The signs of the project ending (the domain is lost, CoinMarketCap shows only a preview page without market data, the Telegram channel has no posts after 2023-11-25, no working product was found) are a hypothesis: no Tier‑1 statement about a shutdown was found.
- Key releases/milestones: 2023-11-25 — the “Eternal AI Portal” Telegram channel was created; 2023-11-28 — the MIND contract was created; 2023-11-29 — trading was enabled (
tradeStartTime). - Roadmap: a whitepaper section: Q1 2024 — GPT‑V (image recognition), Q1–Q2 2024 — emotion recognition, Q2–Q3 2024 — voice, Q1 2025 — visual appearance via deepfake technology; no confirmation of delivery was found.
Ecosystem/integrations
- Integrations: Uniswap V2 — the MIND/WETH pool was created by the contract constructor, and the website linked to Uniswap and DEXTools; the OpenAI API — per the whitepaper.
- Partners: not found.
- Where it’s actually used: not established: no examples of working AI personas or customer feedback were found per Tier‑1.
AI component of the project
- What is real AI here? Per the whitepaper — personal chatbots on top of the Assistants API and GPT‑4 Turbo, tuned on chat logs, social media data and quiz answers. No own models, demo or quality metrics were found, and the operation of the service is not confirmed.
- What is truly onchain? Only the ERC‑20 MIND token with a tax on buys and sells; the AI part and subscriptions run offchain, and staking is not confirmed.
- Why is a token needed? Per the whitepaper — for a revenue share via staking. The service is paid for in USDT, USDC and DAI, so the token is not needed for the product to work.
- Red flags (based on the information found): AI‑washing — “uploading consciousness” and “digital immortality” in fact mean a chatbot on top of a third-party API; token‑washing — the service does not need the token, and the declared staking is not confirmed; an audit is claimed without a report; the team’s names are not disclosed; the CoinMarketCap description attributes to the project things absent in Tier‑1 (a “BRC20” network, a “decentralized machine learning protocol”); the project’s domain and X handle have passed to third parties.

Details
AI reality
AI_0 — AI intent (Tier‑1 roadmap) (1/0)
- AI_0 (decision): 0
- Claim (one line): The Tier‑1 whitepaper describes AI as the basis of the product, not only as a plan.
- Evidence: Tier‑1 — https://immortalitystartshere.io/whitepaper/Eternal-AI-Whitepaper.pdf
- Why sufficient / why not (one line): AI_0 is set only when AI_1..AI_4 = 0; here AI_1 and AI_4 = 1.
- Conflict note (if any): —
AI_1 — what the AI does (1/0)
- AI_1 (decision): 1
- Claim (one line): Per the whitepaper, the AI creates personal chatbots that reproduce a person’s personality and communication style from their chat logs, social media data and quiz answers.
- Evidence: Tier‑1 — https://immortalitystartshere.io/whitepaper/Eternal-AI-Whitepaper.pdf ; https://immortalitystartshere.io/
- Why sufficient / why not (one line): the official whitepaper directly describes what the AI part does; the operation of the service, however, is not confirmed.
- Conflict note (if any): the CoinMarketCap description (Tier‑2) adds a “decentralized machine learning protocol” and a “cross-chain protocol” — Tier‑1 has none of this, so it is not counted in the assessment.
AI_2 — demos/examples (1/0)
- AI_2 (decision): 0
- Claim (one line): No demo or app of AI personas available for verification was found: the website has no entry point to the product.
- Evidence: Tier‑1 — https://immortalitystartshere.io/
- Why sufficient / why not (one line): 1 requires a reproducible App/Demo (Tier‑1).
- Conflict note (if any): —
AI_3 — metrics/quality (1/0)
- AI_3 (decision): 0
- Metrics: not found.
- Context (version/date/how measured): not found.
- Evidence: Tier‑1 — https://immortalitystartshere.io/whitepaper/Eternal-AI-Whitepaper.pdf
- Why sufficient / why not (one line): the whitepaper gives no quantitative quality metrics for the models.
- Conflict note (if any): —
AI_4 — tech description/architecture/versions (1/0)
- AI_4 (decision): 1
- Claim (one line): The whitepaper describes the tech stack and the model creation process: the Assistants API and GPT‑4 Turbo, analysis of chat logs and social media data, “personality mapping”, the quiz, data formats and a 2–5 day timeline.
- Evidence: Tier‑1 — https://immortalitystartshere.io/whitepaper/Eternal-AI-Whitepaper.pdf
- Why sufficient / why not (one line): a specific model and API are named and the data pipeline is described; the project’s own part is described without details, and the base model is third-party.
- Conflict note (if any): —
Onchain necessity
OC_1 — contracts/addresses/chain (1/0)
- OC_1 (decision): 1
- Chain: Ethereum
- Addresses/identifiers: MIND token contract 0x60927b83ddd2096f38f22a8a2d84cf863402d1a1
- Evidence: Tier‑1 — https://etherscan.io/token/0x60927b83ddd2096f38f22a8a2d84cf863402d1a1 ; https://etherscan.io/address/0x60927b83ddd2096f38f22a8a2d84cf863402d1a1#code
- Why sufficient / why not (one line): a verified contract on a public explorer; the website links to Uniswap with this address.
- Conflict note (if any): CoinMarketCap (Tier‑2) calls the network a “BRC20 blockchain network” in its description, which contradicts Tier‑1 (an ERC‑20 contract on Ethereum); Tier‑1 takes priority.
OC_2 — onchain beyond just a token (1/0)
- OC_2 (decision): 0
- What useful logic is onchain: other than the taxed token (tax collection and swapping into ETH) — not established: per the whitepaper, payment for tiers is stablecoin transfers to the treasury wallet, and staking takes place in pools on the platform.
- Evidence: Tier‑1 — https://etherscan.io/address/0x60927b83ddd2096f38f22a8a2d84cf863402d1a1#code ; https://immortalitystartshere.io/whitepaper/Eternal-AI-Whitepaper.pdf
- Why sufficient / why not (one line): the tax and the buyback are mechanics of the token itself, not product logic; no staking or subscription-accounting contracts were found.
- Conflict note (if any): —
OC_3 — onchain is critical (1/0)
- OC_3 (decision): 0
- “Replace the blockchain” test: if the blockchain is replaced with a server, the AI persona service works the same: per the whitepaper, models, subscriptions and login access are offchain.
- Evidence: Tier‑1 — https://immortalitystartshere.io/whitepaper/Eternal-AI-Whitepaper.pdf
- Why sufficient / why not (one line): the key property of the product does not depend on the blockchain.
- Conflict note (if any): —
Token necessity
TK_0 — no token (1/0)
- TK_0 (decision): 0
- Claim (one line): The project has the MIND token (ERC‑20, Ethereum).
- Evidence: Tier‑1 — https://etherscan.io/token/0x60927b83ddd2096f38f22a8a2d84cf863402d1a1 ; https://immortalitystartshere.io/whitepaper/Eternal-AI-Whitepaper.pdf
- Why sufficient / why not (one line): the contract is observable onchain, and the whitepaper calls $MIND the “native token”.
- Conflict note (if any): —
TK_1..TK_4 (1/0)
TK_1 — payment for the service (1/0)
- TK_1 (decision): 0
- Claim (one line): Per the whitepaper, tiers are paid for in USDT, USDC and DAI, not in the MIND token.
- Evidence: Tier‑1 — https://immortalitystartshere.io/whitepaper/Eternal-AI-Whitepaper.pdf
- Why sufficient / why not (one line): Tier‑1 directly names other means of payment.
- Conflict note (if any): —
TK_2 — incentives/collateral/penalties (1/0)
- TK_2 (decision): 0
- Claim (one line): MIND staking with a revenue share (50% of revenue, rewards in ETH) is declared in the whitepaper, but no staking pool or contract and no payouts were found.
- Evidence: Tier‑1 — https://immortalitystartshere.io/whitepaper/Eternal-AI-Whitepaper.pdf
- Why sufficient / why not (one line): this is a distribution of revenue to holders, not a protocol collateral or penalty; moreover, the launch of the mechanism is not confirmed.
- Conflict note (if any): —
TK_3 — governance (1/0)
- TK_3 (decision): 0
- Claim (one line): Use of the token in governance was not found per Tier‑1.
- Evidence: Tier‑1 — https://immortalitystartshere.io/whitepaper/Eternal-AI-Whitepaper.pdf
- Why sufficient / why not (one line): the whitepaper does not describe holder voting.
- Conflict note (if any): —
TK_4 — token is replaceable (1/0)
- TK_4 (decision): 1
- Claim (one line): Per the whitepaper, the service is sold for dollars with payment in USDT, USDC and DAI; the token plays no part in how the product works, and a revenue share can be distributed without a separate token.
- Evidence: Tier‑1 — https://immortalitystartshere.io/whitepaper/Eternal-AI-Whitepaper.pdf
- Why sufficient / why not (one line): the Tier‑1 payment model shows that the product works without MIND, — this is the case of “the same USDC/subscription would do”.
- Conflict note (if any): —
